At Imium we owe our success to their focus on getting every element of every project right the first time. The in-house design team will help you monitor the design during the fit-out stage ensuring that the design is followed accurately and that any issues can be addressed as they arise.
When we are managing projects with our clients in situ, we carefully plan and phase the fit-out to minimise downtime and disruption to the business.
Health & safety on site is a key consideration for all our projects, as is ensuring that everyone else in the building is fully considered during the fit-out of your project. This may involve close consultation with the landlord, building manager and any other tenants which might be in your new building to minimise any potential inconvenience to them.
Everything we’ve planned starts to take shape on site, as do any components that are being made elsewhere. Under the watchful eye of your Site Manager, your new space comes together as we work closely with the project team.
During the last few weeks, the build quickly comes together and design dreams are realised.
In the final few weeks of every refurbishment and fit-out project we will go through a rigorous handover process which will include:
- Quality monitoring and managing snagging or outstanding items
- Commissioning, training and handover of services
- Project completion and close-out programme
- Building control sign-off
- Safety and testing certificates
- Formal inspection and sign-off
- Certificate of compliance
- Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals
